My Journey to Design
My turning point came during a college hackathon where I discovered Figma. I taught myself the tool, introduced it to my team, and designed our interface. While we didn’t win, our design sparked powerful conversations—showing me how much visual clarity and usability matter.
My engineering foundation helps me understand both user needs and developer challenges—driving my passion to bridge the gap between design and development while keeping product quality front and center.
I entered the world of design with a background in Computer Science Engineering. I’ve always been drawn to simple products that solve complex problems and wanted to create meaningful impact through what I build.
My Work Experience
I began my career at Soliton Technologies as a UI/UX Design Intern, was promoted, and worked as a full-time UI/UX Designer for 2+ years.
Here I worked with multiple teams and got opportunities to work and design in multiple industries including but not limited to the semi-conductor , infrastructure investment and education industries.
Awards I’ve received
Star Soliton of the Month (March 2023)
Innovative Team of the Year award (April 2022)
I try to make progress towards being a better designer every day. I hope my interdisciplinary skillset can be a breath of fresh air in tackling complex problems with creative ideas.
Where I’m right now
I’m pursuing my Master’s of Science, majoring in Human-Computer Interaction & User Experience at Drexel University, Philadelphia
When I’m not designing, I love smashing a few balls out on the tennis court 🎾 , petting dogs 🐶, going for a ride along the countryside 🚴🏽♂️, or hiking in search of the horizon ⛰️.
